INTERSTATE Restoration wanted to consolidate several sites into one I analyzed, researched, and studied the Information Architecture of all the sites, and created a report for the UX Director to take action. After the completion of the project, the client renamed itself "FIRST ONSITE Restoration."

Karsh Hagan - Research Report
Longpoint wanted to improve the Drop-out and Bounce-rates from its website and requested a full site usability report. After I reviewed the site's information architecture, content, and performed a Usability testing, I wrote a report to the UX Director revealing the site's weaknesses and opportunities in how to improve the site's performance.
